The IM INSIGHT client panel provides an opportunity for client speakers to share their success stories and challenges related to intermediary oversight.  At this point in the evolution of the IM INSIGHT product, NQR is fortunate to have a community of both long-term users and relatively newer users, all with different perspectives on the key elements of an effective intermediary oversight program.
