Sales Manager

In this role, you will:

  • Be a lead member of the Business Development Team.
  • Develop, drive and execute the sales strategy with existing clients and prospects.
  • Take on sales challenges & successfully find productive outcomes to ensure goal attainment with strong client satisfaction on all accounts.
  • Work closely with internal staff including Client Success Managers (CSM), Strategic Solutions Architect, and IT to determine appropriate solutions for existing clients and prospects.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Perform demos to existing and prospective clients and close deals.
  • Review service agreements with new clients.
  • Check in with existing clients periodically to determine level of satisfaction and additional needs.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create new processes and strategies that facilitate greater account and sales success.
  • Coach the Strategic Solutions Architect to successfully contribute to their growth, achievement and work through challenges.
  • Assist with the development of the annual Business Development and Sales Action Plans.
  • Manage the Annual Sales Action Plans.
  • Present Business Development Action Plan status to the NQR Strategy Team.
  • Attend Industry Conferences and NQR User Group meetings. Take leadership of required collateral material and demos.

Qualifications desired:

  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of successful account-based sales experience, with a strategic mindset
  • Financial and/or professional services sales experience highly desirable
  • Experience with CRM and Sales and Marketing software tools
  • Track record of high achievement and desire to exceed measurable performance goals
  • Intellectually curious and a results-driven, passionate professional

Client Success Manager

In this role, you will:

  • Team up with Customer Success, Operations, Sales & Marketing to support ongoing relationships with NQR’s major accounts and act as the point of escalation for client concerns.
  • Leverage your skills to provide consultative & technically savvy support to enhance the Customer Experience (CX).
  • Coordinate with others on the Customer Success Team to guarantee client satisfaction with NQR’s products and services exceed expectations.
  • Conduct conference calls, e-mail response, phone consulting and occasional client visits to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the ‘eyes and ears’ for marketing and product development to identify new products and services which would benefit clients.
  • Assist with key analytical reporting to ensure that client deliverables exceed timeliness and quality targets. Comfortable with Audit Doc Reviews and SOC reviews.
  • Manage the on-boarding process for new clients, ensure proper training and understanding of product potential.
  • Partner with the Business Development Team to build relationships with major prospective clients and assist in initiating long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of NQR’s products, services, and relevant technologies as well as the industry segments we service.
  • Contribute with hands-on involvement in every phase of the service delivery process, from product development and testing to analysis to direct client support.

Qualifications desired:

  • BA/BS degree required; MBA/MS highly desired
  • 2+ years of success managing relationships in the financial services, legal, banking, auditing or other consultative industries
  • Financial, compliance, auditing services experience highly desirable
  • Experience using HubSpot, or other CRM systems; ability to learn all types of software easily
  • Aptitude to understand and express the value of our financial services products
  • Experience and/or strong interest in Audit Doc Reviews and SOC Reviews
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
