The NQR Client Conference is a dynamic, two-day meeting held annually with clients that manage quality teams, customer service centers, and processing operations divisions. The conference provides senior and line managers of NQR's clients opportunities to discuss service issues, industry trends, innovations, new regulatory requirements, and the challenges of quality management.

The 2007 NQR Client Conference will focus on advancing quality culture to meet the future expectations of customers, technology, changing workforce, and globalization. The forum and format of our Conference will provide an unparalleled opportunity for networking and for exchanging real and practical solutions to industry-wide service challenges. Share your experiences in building a strong culture of quality, developing successful teams, and influencing service performance. Learn from your colleagues and other experts about strategies that can keep service quality in the forefront.

The conference will include general sessions, breakouts, and concurrent sessions of hot topics that affect service quality.
